Vision. A concept of our future desired state of being that aligns with the principles we hold dear.
Every man needs some vision of the future he wants to attain. Without this, he is, as the Bible states, unrestrained, running wild. That may sound good, but without a clear direction of where we want to go, who we want to be, we end up in a place we really don't want to be and wonder how we got there.
If you asked 10 men at random who they wanted to be in the next 5 years, maybe 2 of them could answer. Can you?
Get a vision, then get action. Once you have a vision in your mind that is so clear that it hurts not to have it, that's when you'll move.
